St. Mark’s Anglican Church serves the communities of Templestowe, Lower Templestowe, Bulleen and surrounding suburbs.

We are please to announce that St Timothy’s, Bulleen, and St Mark’s, Templestowe, have now formally entered into a cooperation agreement. Under this cooperation all clergy will be shared between the two churches and our services rationalised and ultimately expanded to spread God’s word in our growing community.

With COVID-19 restrictions regular Church services and activities have been modified as directed by the Melbourne Anglican Diocese and the Victorian Government and health authorities.

The following church services are currently suspended:
8.00 am weekly Holy Communion,
5.30 pm weekly Cafe Church for families,
5.00 pm monthly Taize sung reflective service.

The 10.00 am Sunday Holy Communion service (English language) will be run jointly by St Timothy’s, Bulleen, and St Mark’s, Templestowe under the Anglicans in Manningham (AIM) banner and conducted at St Mark’s.

As at 29 Nov 2020 COVID restrictions allow up to 150 persons at a religious service. With the 4sqm social distancing in force, here at St Marks we are able to accommodate up to 60 people. Refer to our COVID page for more information. For those who cannot attend , the service will continue to be live streamed.

Join Rev. Canon Ben Wong, Rev. Geoff Milton and Dietrich Cheung as they conduct our weekly Sunday service.

As part of the cooperation, a Holy Communion service in Mandarin is now also held at St Marks at 2pm each Sunday.

For those who are unable to attend on Sunday, there is also an English language Holy Communion Service at St Timothy’s (30 Lilian St, Bulleen) each Thu morning at 10 am.

Youth and children’s ministry will be shared between the two churches. For details contact Dietrich Cheung via email.

This format will apply until further notice and life gets back to normal.

Our Church door is now opening up again, and our hearts are open and our prayers are constant for you and our community.  In times of uncertainty we are reminded that God walks with us and we are reassured by his teaching ‘remember , I am with you always – to the end of time‘ and ‘do not be afraid, peace will  be with you‘.

With God’s guidance and faith we will all come through these trying times.
